By downloading, installing, or using our services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and ZAPPdf ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

Ownership & Scope

The Installer and Software are proprietary products, either developed by us or licensed for our use. The use of these products is regulated by the terms set forth in this document, including all their features, capabilities, and software components.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any of these conditions, you must discontinue use and uninstall the Software immediately.

In order to provide our services, we may collect and process certain data related to your usage. We strongly advise reviewing our Privacy Policy before proceeding with the installation.

Installer & Software Services

By beginning the installation, you provide consent for ZAPPdf to install the Software and its components. Installing the Software may adjust your browser settings, including changing your default search engine, homepage, or new tab page. If you later uninstall ZAPPdf, these settings will not automatically revert; you will need to change them manually.

By continuing with the installation, you consent to setting ZAPPdf as your default tool for PDF conversion and agree to any terms related to its use.

License & Usage Rights

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted under these terms remain with the Company.

Third-Party Content

The Software may include third-party content, such as advertisements or external links. We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its availability or accuracy. Your interactions with third-party content are at your own risk.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the Software, you agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the functionality of the Software.
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access the Software in unauthorized ways.
• Engage in malicious, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
• Violate these terms in any manner.

Failure to adhere to these obligations may result in immediate suspension of access and potential legal consequences.

Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, copyrights, software code, design elements, and proprietary features of the Software remain the exclusive property of ZAPPdf or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership of intellectual property rights through the use of the Software.

No Warranties

The Software is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be free from defects or function without interruption. By using the Software, you assume all risks associated with its use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Any claims against the Company will be limited to $10 or the amount paid for the Software, whichever is less.

Software Updates & Changes

We may release updates or modifications to the Software at our discretion. By continuing to use the Software, you consent to these updates being applied automatically. The Company is not responsible for any disruptions caused by these changes.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. If you choose to stop using the Software, you must uninstall it. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will be revoked, and continued use of the Software will be considered a breach of these Terms.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZAPPdf, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Software.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

Legal Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. The failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without prior written consent from ZAPPdf.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tel Aviv. Legal claims must be filed within 12 months from the occurrence of the issue, or they will be permanently barred.

Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for any service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, or governmental actions.
